EBC 12 Modulating Fan Control

The EXHAUSTO EBC 12 Modulating Fan Control is used to balance the draft in a chimney system by adjusting the speed of the EXHAUSTO Chimney Fan serving a chimney. It is also used to control the fan speed in a MDVS, Mechanical Dryer Venting System^TM.

The EBC 12 consists of a control box and XTP-sensor. The XTP monitors the draft pressure at the appliance outlet while the control box receives a signal from the XTP, which is used to increase or decrease the fan speed.

It can be used to control a fan directly or indirectly via a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
