Better Performance with Better Venting…

EXHAUSTO offers an extended range of products and systems used in conjunction with the venting of boilers and water heaters. The systems are listed and approved for use with gas-fired Category I, II, III and IV heating appliances as well as certain oil-fired appliances. Both condensing and non-condensing applications are covered by the approvals and can be handled by the systems.

CASV and CASI Chimney Automation Systems use a variable speed, high-temperature RSV or RSIB draft fan to maintain a perfect mechanical draft under all conditions and are particularly suitable for the venting of modulating or multiple appliance applications. A state-of-the-art draft EBC30 controller controls the draft fan modulation and interlocks with the heating appliance for safety and control. In addition to providing a perfect draft they allow for more efficient – and smaller - stack layout and drastically ease venting restrictions normally imposed by mechanical codes.

MODS Modulating Over-draft Damper Systems also maintains a perfect draft but are used in cases where excessive chimney draft is causing boiler operating problems. A MDF modulating damper reduces and maintains the draft at a level required by the boiler. A state-of-the-art draft EBC30 controller controls the damper modulation and interlocks with the heating appliance for safety and control.

MCAS Mechanical Combustion Air Supply Systems are used to provide combustion air into a mechanical room. An SFTA inline, variable speed fan supplies the combustion air from the outside directly or via a duct into the room - or directly to the heating appliance. A state-of-the-art draft EBC30 controller controls the supply fan modulation and interlocks with the heating appliance for safety and control. The MCAS eliminates the need for louvers.
